Rely on Him

The floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. (Matthew 7:27)

I grew up near the shores of Lake Michigan and always loved the sand dunes.... Then several years ago the lake's water level began to rise..... Howling gales sent huge waves crashing against the dunes. The sand began to erode and...many of those beautiful house came crashing down.

That's the way it is in life. When the storms of disappointment and heartache come, we need to rest our souls on the solid foundation of Jesus Christ.
